Since 2012, our impact has been felt across the world. Born from a single adoption experience, Orphan's Hope World Mission has improved hundreds of lives and continues to do so every day.

Our Mission

At Orphan’s Hope World Mission, we provide for the material, educational, and spiritual needs of orphans around the globe. There are an estimated 153 million orphans in the world today due to war, natural disaster, poverty, disease, stigma, and unmet medical needs. Asia, where we are currently focused, is the continent with the largest number of children without parents—61 million.

In Psalm 82:3, we are told to “defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.” As described above, the need is significant, but Orphan’s Hope World Mission has been meeting those needs. Our network of international contacts, generous donors, and ambitious partners make it possible for us to continue pursuing this mission.

OUR STRUCTURE

From a legal standpoint, Orphan’s Hope World Mission exists as a 501(c)(3) organization under the umbrella of the National Christian Foundation, a non-profit organization that assists people in donating to charitable causes. This gives our organization tax-exempt status and allows your claimed donations to be tax deductible.

From a decision-making standpoint, our board of directors has nine members: the Executive Director, the Managing Director, three financial Trustees, and four on-rotation advisers. The Media Director and Asia Director do not sit on the board, but they coordinate many of our operations. Our board meets quarterly to discuss funding, the status of current shelters, and new opportunities.
